Oh how I love December, to me it is a month of magic, joy, happiness, kindness, and love. A favorite month for so many as people are nicer it seems in the month of December.
But, we also remember our soldiers and people who have no one this very special time of year, keeping all in our hearts and prayers.
Just love this photo , Santa and his Reindeer having fun!

December always has such a magical and special feeling. I really enjoy all the lights from everything! The best part is turning everything on or plugging them in and sitting quietly at night enjoying all the lights.

Oh I love the twinkly lights too - my sister and I have tucked little votives and fairy lights all around the house. We keep joking that it's almost a full time job to turn them all on and then turn them all off at night.
One of my favorite vintage finds is a cool "Happy Holidays" light - the letters are filled with colored lights. It's very bright and flashy - totally vintage kitchiness!

| It is a wonderful month. Even with all the business we are having right now, coming in to sit by the fire and the twinkling lights is so very soothing to my soul. It settles me for the day and helps me relax. |

I too love all the twinkling lights not only on my tree but all over my house. I have white fairy lights in every room of my house and I love the magical feel of them.
We will get our tree on Tuesday and I can not wait to start decorating it, I have slowly been decorating the house for days, so fun. |

| Working on our trees today. I am doing one in all the vintage ornaments and the other in the ornaments that have been given to or made for us. I got a bit sidetracked as I can't seem to find my mom's ornaments that my dad gave to me. |
