I love photos of Old World Germany.
Today is St. Nicholaus Day this is a traditions that we have celebrated for many years. Living in Germany 10 years and watching all their Celebrations we adopted a few for our holidays.
Children put their shoes at the front door and St. Nicklaus (he resembled the bishop) left little gifts. The children would leave a letter and carrot for his donkey..
This year Kent received a book and German Candy.
Today we were lol continue to make cookies and start decorating our tree we got yesterday.
