Kent has seemed to turn the corner, it was a week today that he was in the ER. He has been on antibiotics a week and they have helped. He will be a bit swollen and painful for a couple more weeks yet. But, he is so much better so answered prayers from everyone for sure. Thank you all so much.

Well our snow is pretty well all washed away. Little bits here and there. 57 degrees today. Yay no coat!
Love seeing the grass turning green again.
I think I'll head to the thrift today and see what goodies I can find there if any.

It's a lovely day to sit on the porch here - the sun is out and we should be in the 70's.

Oh I love to go thrifting. This weekend I am going to drive up to East Texas to go to Canton First Monday Trade Days and maybe a couple estate sales in the area. It's my daughter's and son's birthday weekend so I'm going to have a girls' weekend with my daughter and her two best friends. Then I'll swing over to have dinner with my son before I head home.

Thanks for sharing the beautiful photos.

Lucky you Laura, I love Canton First Monday. We went to Round Top years ago then went to Canton. We had so much fun and got lots of treasures.

Love that photo, Debbie, I don't have books in every room, but I do have stacks in my bookcase, my nightstand, on top of my nightstand on the floor in the corner by my nightstand, all waiting to be read and already stuffed with bookmarks and treasures! I started a new book this weekend: The Keeper of Happy Endings... so far, really good!!
