Well we have made it to my most favorite month of the year. Not too hot and not too cold. Hoping all the rain, which I am grateful for, helps the colors this fall. I'd love to see more on the trees and less brown on the ground just yet.
I have my home all decorated for this beautiful season. It's time to change out the seasonal clothing.
We are having our church's fall festival this month for the children. They love the games and all. In our family we have three special birthdays, my dauhter on the 19th and my grandson and nephew on the 22nd. So it is a busy month getting ready for these days. I hope everyone has a beautiful month and that each of you find many blessings to be grateful for this month!

                      | ROTFL at the title of this topic. We're in the 100s this week. By the time sweater weather arrives here the moths will have eaten them. |

                      | Well, not in Texas - yet. I can hardly wait until it becomes sweater weather here.
We leave for Portugal/Spain in a few weeks so I am hopeful temps will be a bit cooler there. LOL!

                      | 42 here again this morning. Just enough on the chilly side. But the high is 80. I have the day off and I'm spending it in my craft room! |

                      | Cooling down to 99 here today but I'm heading to my Daughter's house in Nevada for a family reunion where the high temps will be in the 70s. Yippee! I haven't seen my sisters since Dad passed six years ago. Most of the men aren't coming so for us gals it will be like a big slumber party. |

Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.
Tell God what you need, and thank him for what he has done.
 Philippians 4:6

 Just follow God unquestioningly.
Because you love Him so, for if you trust His judgment there is nothing you need to know.

                      | It was 66 degrees this morning after the hurricane passed! It felt so good for a cool breeze which has been absent for many months now. This weekend and part of next week looks to be cooler that the summer pattern too. Sure hoping that actually happens. It would be nice to have the windows open again.

                      | We have had a few wonderful cooler days through this weekend. However, it will return to mid 80s tomorrow so a return to more heat. At least at the moment the humidity is much less and that makes a huge difference too. |

                      | I’m so glad things are cooler off for you Winnie! :) I was thinking about something today as it’s been cooler here for awhile and then a few days of warm weather again…for those of you who leave in the south where it’s warm (ish) all the time, do you deal with flies all year long??? I haven’t had a fly in my house and then boom, it got a bit warmer and they are back! :) lol |

                      | I think we are finally in fall here. Temps in 80s and soon in 70s, softer light, and today it finally smelled like fall, which a botanist once told me is the smell of dying leaves. So be it. I'm so happy it's finally here. |
