Has anyone ever tried the Zinc lozenges to help get rid of a cold? I bought some and even though I am sucking on a lozenge, the zinc makes my mouth feel really dry. Such an odd feeling!

Does anyone know if they really help?

Hi Alee, My nephew is a Dr., and he has told me that it's the best thing you can do at the first sign of a cold and sore throat. Good luck tho, cause it sure tastes yucky!!!
