After my last son I lost 40 lb on South Beach.... I am doing that again, but I have gotten bored with it. I was thinking about joining weight watchers.... or I can always try another book.

I bought the book & am almost finished with it. I haven't gotten to the actual eating part yet. I guess I could have skipped ahead, but that feels like cheating to me. I watched a special with him on & really liked it so I got the book. Some parts are kinda corny, but he really explains a lot in detail what causes you to gain wait & what it does to your body. I need to finish. I know you are supposed to lose like 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks.
