Posted - Apr 24 2008 : 7:25:11 PM After reading this article, I went out and bought myself a pedometer ($4 @Target) out of curiosity! As of right now, I have logged 12953 steps for the day. I am actually quite surprised at how much moving around I do, for a SAHM. ;)
I'd be interested to hear where you all are at, too! What a great way to stay healthy and fit: no gym memberships required!

Can't remember how many calories I burned (kept a log of everything though) but I do remember from June 'till the end of August, I had walked 23 miles just picking balckberries! |
