                | nubidane | Posted - Sep 04 2009 : 12:56:27 PM I read this & have known this for a while, cause my gyn wrote a book about womens health & explains how the cells in the the thighs are the largest & can really move the oxygen (something like that; don't quote me)..Anyway, he is a big supporter of doing deep knee bends in order to build up your thigh mass for that very reason.  & yes, my thighs are pretty hefty, although they do sport quite a bit of muscle under all the fat, so I guess I am in good shape too!
