                Posted - Feb 12 2011 : 7:09:27 PM I just can't seem to catch a break these days. :(
Anybody have any experience with this? Nothing seems to be helping with the pain because I just can't take any more Motrin. My poor tummy is aching.

Posted - Feb 22 2011 : 1:41:06 PM Thanks for checking Starletta! I finally starting feeling a little better last weekend. My sister was in town and we had a girls weekends, just bumming around. The swelling has almost gone away. Still a little tender but nothing comapred to what it was!

Posted - Feb 22 2011 : 07:06:56 AM Hi, Elizabeth...just checking in on how you are doing? And to hope that your clot has dissolved without moving any further up - they can move to your lung or heart and be extremely dangerous. Hope you are doing well....

Posted - Feb 13 2011 : 06:40:11 AM It was in my ankle, but moved to my thigh. I saw my regular doctor and Friday, and he told me it was chaffing, which I knew it wasn't. I know I'm not a doctor, but I'm no fool. Yesterday the pain was so bad I went to the after hours clinic, and they did an ultrasound to confirm it, and there it was, a clot. So they put me on anticoagulant meds. I didn't know if I should be relaxing or tryig to walk it off. Thanks for your help!

Posted - Feb 13 2011 : 05:40:47 AM Hi Elizabeth! Where is your clot? If it is in your leg, you need to stay off of it as much as possible and you can use a support stocking or ace wrap to help. I hope you have seen a physician, these can be serious. Remember to take ibuprofen with food to help your tummy.
