Long night last night my head cold developed into full fledge FLU around 1:00 in the morning. Even my eyelashes hurt--
Wish I would have gotten a flu shot, but too late now.
Take care all you farmgirls and get plenty of Vitamin C-This flu is a DOOZY-

My DH has the cold right now and I started taking elderberry syrup every a.m. as a precaution
I sure hope it doesn't develop into flu either!

My hubby takes Sambucol, its made from elderberries, at the first sign of a cold or flu-it really helps him. Was going to try making my own one of these days.
