I found this website last night while searching desperately for the Anne of Green Gables biscuit recipe -- but didn't find the recipe. It seems that I have landed in a new land, complete with a new language. Since I'm already immersed in learning conversational Hebrew, another new language might be a bit overwhelming, but I'm game to try. I'm a Pastor's wife, nearing 70, overworked and underpaid, but never undervalued! Life might be better, but I'm not sure how. I'm looking forward to exploring this site further and hopefully not making too big a fool of myself in the process.

Posted - Mar 06 2010 : 6:44:18 PM Hi, I am very new too. I was thinking as I read your post, that we all have so much in common. I love Anne of Green Gables. I adopted the phrase "kindred spirits" from her books. My truly close friends are kindred spirits. I think that if we could ever have a Farmgirl roundup there would be kindred spirits everywhere. (: Dawn
