Well, I too, ‘dreamed’, dreamed of writing songs but nothing struck me. I wasn’t really moved to ‘say’ something until I met my Good Food Guide, Dennis L. Weaver, in February 2008.

I was visiting my friend, Erin Rosas, at her beautiful ROSAS FARMS in Citra, Florida, when Dennis was their guest for dinner. As my story goes, Dennis so enjoyed their ROSAS FARMS 100% Grass-Fed Organic Rib Eye Steak, prepared medium rare to perfection by Erin’s sweetie pie, The Organic Chef™, that Dennis asked me, on the spot, if I could write a song about it called Sizzle for Me.
I told him I had never written a song before. But he had so much confidence in me from our chance meeting and conversation over dinner (three hours!), and listening to a song or two of mine, that he said, “Betcha can! Betcha can!”
