Posted - Jan 21 2011 : 1:47:13 PM Hi, Lori, This is my first day at the Farmgirl connection. I have been getting the magazine for a while and just love it. I also have chickens but only three at this time. I have always just loved chickens-don't know exactly why. I think it is, not only because they are so cute but they also give back something - eggs. My husband and I are also raising Alpacas. We adore them but are really getting an education. Several died last year from excess heat in the summer. I must say, all you ladies sound so fun and inspiring. I am sure to enjoy this. |
