Not sure how this all works, but I will give it a try. I live on a couple of acres with a couple of horses, a goat, poultry, a dog, two cats, and one husband.
Some of the chickens think they are goats and lay in the goat stall; some of the ducks think they are chickens and lay in the chicken coops; while some chickens lay in the duck coop.

Hello Juliet,
And welcome. I love living living in the north west. I live in the city (Vancouver, WA) I love to garden and made fruit jam in the summer. I have made three quilts and have sewn a few aprons too. My new past time hobby is decoupage.

I have a dog that thinks he is a chicken and climbs up in the coop to lay in the warm hay! Ya gotta let them be them! Welcome to Farmgirls!

Juliet, a big Minnesota welcome to you. I'll bet there is never a dull moment on your farm. How fun. I just live in the dull old city. But there are chickens next door. We have 8 koi and two cats and one husband.

That's how it is with my critters too. No one wants to be where they're supposed to be. Greener grass and all that...
