Posted - Apr 11 2009 : 09:01:14 AM Here is a link to a very easy peasant skirt to make. It has no pattern, but very easy instructions. I have my grandmommy's old sheets (never used) and I am gonna make a skirt with it and embellish it with lace etc :) The border of those sheets are pretty with pink embroidery too, so might incorporate that in one of the layers. (will post a picture when ready, lol) I found this pattern and thought y'all might like it too.

Posted - Apr 12 2009 : 04:40:59 AM Yes, I love the calculator. That way you can make it in your correct size too. And since I am so skinny most skirts are too big, so this is great

Posted - Apr 11 2009 : 09:40:24 AM Very cute, Marian, and something I think even I could sew...I am very good at sewing straight lines, not so good at following a real pattern. Thanks for sharing! I look forward to seeing your new skirt. Hugs, Judy
