Posted - Jul 15 2009 : 9:17:05 PM I want to buy yo-yo makers. I know you can do them by hand but the yo-yo makes seem to make them very quick. They are the perfect winter activity to keep hands busy! I wonder how long it will be before Nora wants to try making Yo-yos!

Posted - Jul 15 2009 : 9:01:49 PM You should buy a Clover YoYo maker. That makes it super easy and they come in different sizes and shapes. ProsserFarmChicks are going a class on them and the Clover faux chenille cutter.

Posted - May 06 2009 : 1:49:18 PM I saw this gorgeous picture of a bedquilt done in yoyos. I still hate making yoyos, but I think they are real lovely once they are done and all put together. My fingers are just too clumsy to sew all those little stitches to make the yoyos. I will have to look around and see if I can find that quilt. It really was spectacular. :D) hugs

Posted - May 05 2009 : 7:46:11 PM I was in one of the yo-yo swaps too, and I made a vest out of mine. It was alot of fun. When I make aprons I sometimes use them on the corner of the pockets as decorations, or put them at the ends of the ties or to cover up where I attach the ties to the apron body. Looks cute. |

Posted - May 04 2009 : 3:19:42 PM do you mean regular yoyos? Yes, many of us make and use them. did you see the yoyo swap going on?....I think it is under Barter Forum I will find it for you if you want. I am in the swap but running behind the deadline.
If you ask for pics here you should get some....do you have pics to put here? I use photobucket to do that.
