I've been using Cover Girl Smoothers for some time now. But before that it was just the CG Clean Makeup foundation. I've been a Cover Girl user for over 30 years now. It's about the only kind that I don't have an allergic reaction to.

I have really sensitive and fair skin too. I've been using Mary Kay liquid foundation for a little over a year now. I like the coverage and it doesn't leave me oily and break me out. My Mary Kay gal had me try their mineral foundation the last time she came to help me out with some new colors, but it just didn't give me the coverage I was looking for. I like Mary Kay because you can try it out before you buy it and their sales reps are knowledgeable in their products.

I would love to try organic makeup, but they're so pricey. And if I buy something I can't use, well I'm stuck with it and not likely to try any of their other products. Would be nice if there was a Mary Kay type thing that only offered organice beauty products.

I use mineral make-up as well and love it. I have used two different ones including bare minerals and I really like them. They aren't heavy and the go on easily. I am 53 and spend a lot of time out doors. I wouldn't use anything else now.

I use silk naturals. It is a mineral make-up and comes in different coverage. It's also lots of fun and very customizable. www.silknaturals.com
I have always gotten a little something free with every order too.

I almost forgot..non-drying too.

Erin--I don't wear make-up very often but when I do I start with a good, natural moisturizer. To cover any red spots, use a special cover stick, usually in a tube sort of like mascara, and then follow with a light application of mineral-based make-up. I'm not sure which brand is best as I don't wear it too often. I have sensitive skin too and this is what works for me.

Erin I don't know how old you are but I have found that as I age foundation actually makes me look older. It settles in the wrinkles and by the end of the day I looked like I had fault lines running through my face. I started using Oil of Olay with foundation in it. It gives me enough coverage and stays looking smooth all day. I started using it about 2 years ago and have not switched since.

How is the coverage with the mineral makeup? I have some red spots that I like to cover.

I use Avon's mineral makeup as well. I love it. My skin is sensitive and fair and I have had no trouble at all.

I have never tried mineral make ups. I have been sparingly using Covergirl clean make up, but it is being cakey in spots on my rather dry sensitive skin, so I often just use a moisturiser and go bare faced. I'll have to try some of the mineral type foundations.

I used Avon's mineral makeup. I have the foundation and the shimmer powder. It is great. I have very fair, sensitive skin.
