Posted - Jul 22 2012 : 5:32:30 PM The purple ones look like the beans my neighbor gave me last year. I cooked them as I would any green beans, they will turn green when they get hot.

Posted - Jul 22 2012 : 5:11:51 PM The green ones look like Metki melon, which is in the melon family, but tastes like a cuke. Slice in a salad. The other is a variety of eggplant, I would slice, slather with olive oil & grill, then top with sea salt & fresh cracked pepper. |
