How about Family Recipes as our Jubilee theme for 2026? Recipes handed down always come with such wonderful stories and memories. Plus, it's something we can use in the magazine. And it's easy enough to share them via mail.

I keep my mother's Hello Dolly recipe card right beneath my computer screen. I love seeing her handwriting and I look forward to sharing what her Hello Dolly recipe is!

Thank you*
Recipes are fun for everyone.
Our chapter group collected recipes from our sisters in categories: appetizers, main, sides and desserts. We plan to borrow a book binder in February and put together our Brentwood Farmgirl Chapter Recipe Book. I will send a copy to Mary Jane at the end of February.

Love this! My Aunt Joyce (pictured here with the long hair) made a family Cookbook about 30 years ago as a Christmas gift to all the ladies in our family having each one send her their recipes and and added our picture to it. It was such special gift! My great Aunt Mattie with her catch of the day, she was a farm owner and a neighborhood grocery store owner. She cooked from scratch 7 days a week.

That sounds like a great idea! I have my mom's recipe box and a book in which she had written some.

Its truly a wonderful theme but brings much sadness to my heart as my mom had many yummy wonderful recipes but with all the pcs'ing we did, back at Ft. Eustis the dam broke and flooded our storage unit. I lost everything from my family's memories including when my children were growing up. Beoke my heart. We were in Germany. I REMEMBER ONE RECIPE, lol, my favorite peanut butter pie! Thank you mom.

I adore this idea! ALLOT! Family recipes are something so very dear to my heart as well. I have a family recipe album I started many moons ago, I even made copies for my Mom and Sister for her Wedding. Pictures, stories included, much like Connies. I can't wait to celebrate Jubilee and Mary Jane! Thank you!

Such a wonderful theme. I have some recipes that my mom's mom gave her from Scotland.

Connie, what an awesome family recipe cookbook you Aunt Judy put together! MaryJane, I also love the 2026 Jubilee theme as Family Recipes. I have a hunch that we are going to hear about lots of great dishes that have been favorites of families for generations. That is the best part because history is something that lives on past our own lives.

Hay ya'll. Ms Mary Jane, this is a great idea for Jubilee and it comes at a great time. I will be creating recipe boxes for all my kids for Christmas this year. I already have all the cards and just need to purchase the boxes and gathering recipes. Whooo hoooo!!! What fun!. Hugs.
