Looks like I'm not the only one!
Sunny days, pancakes the othe rmorning, and a bountiful rhubarb crop reminded me I've been away from this site for too long!

Welcome back Larissa. What did you do with the rhubarb ? They are among my very favorite fruits, especially still slightly warm with some good vanilla ice cream...

Rhubarb is awesome! Nice & tart and easy to grow!
I have just been staring at it in the backyard. I have an amazing rhubarb cookbook that I need to locate. I'll let you know what I make!
