Hey Everyone, Just need to vent a bit if y'all don't mind... Well I've decided I'm caught in a bad cosmic snaffuu this week! Found out on Tuesday that the apartments I'm living in have been foreclosed on and are being auctioned off by single units! and my unit was auctioned off on Tuesday.
So now I'm trying to recover a lot of money in deposits that the previous owner accepted from me and wait for the new owner to surface to see what kind of offer they're going to make us. So I'm tentatively planning another move!!!!! (will be the third one since November 12th)....These people let us sign a 12 month lease and took alot of money from us knowing that they were in foreclosure and would not own my apartment in the future..something stinks here big time! Calling the county courthouse next to see if the new owners have been recorded.

Well Steph.. Maybe the new 'OWNER' has no intentions of actualy moving in.. or at least not Anytime soon.. & are hoping you'll actually stay awhile so they can rely on that income too!

Thanks for the positive energy.
Time will tell how it will all turn out...I researched the Chancery court records today and 7 units including mine were auctioned off on Tuesday. There are 3 more scheduled for auction in February.
I'll keep y'all updated as to what's happening in the "twilight zone"..LOL

So...I finished the apron that everyone is going to fight over....ooh its soo pretty....
I almost don't wanna say goodbye to it...
it fits up to a 36 bust...size Small...but sooo pretty...
I'll run take a quick picture of it...excuse the quality...it'll be indoor lighting...so....yeah....yuck...haha

Here we go....I had to piece the pic....I couldnt back up enough...hahaha...so bottom half is color accurate...(amazing that the angle of the flash creates such a difference in lighting...whew!)

I need to sew more aprons. It is so hard when I am stretched thin.
I had to file a police report today. My mom's neighbor has been stealing water from my mom. They are on a mandatory 10% cutback, which will be upped to 20%, and a hefty fine if they didn't comply. I found out when the hose was stretched to their wall. A neighbor told me that they were still stealing water. The water company was notified and the water was shut off at the main. It never ends. On the days that I don't see my mom, I am on the phone taking care of things for her. Tomorrow, I am sleeping in. My sons don't have school, and dh needs the car.
