Jess: Love that apron. My very favorite style as well. I am making a quilt this spring with my embroidery machine. I'm taking a block of the month class and it includes applique using the embroidery machine. You should see how lovely it is!

Salamadors are adorable, when lived on the other side of the mountians here in Washington state. We use to play with them in the woods. Hope your little guy gets better, sounds like you are on the right track.

Stepahine, hope the housing fiasco setteles soon.

Sharon, hugs to you girl.

Jess, cool apron girl. Hope you get a couple hours to yourself soon.

Yep, sewing in my little sewing room. Catching up on a few things and then I am sewing a simple arpon for a friend. IT will be fun to do a big one.

Hmmm, cup of tea, chocolate, sewing and nap later, ahhhh life is good.

Our town's living history museum is about 3 blocks away and I hear them all the time~be ready for a lively sounding farm this summer~how neat!!! (already scamming on getting some shed tail feathers.........)

Jess: I am actually jealous!! One year we kept our tree up for a long time on purpose because it was a gorgeous tree and all the ornaments were new!! We wanted everyone to see it, so we had to leave it up for various visitors who were coming during the winter. Those were the days! Have fun.

The year that we had the great tree was the first year my husband and I started seeing each other:) We did not really have too many ornaments yet (the kids were young then), so Kenny got us all brand new glass ornaments like the ones he grew up with. We still used the ones the kids had made, but there were only a few. It was so beautiful to look at that huge tree with all those precious glass ornaments on it. It's funny, but that same year we also got the most enormous pumpkins in the fall. We have never been able to get them that large since! I guess it was an omen about good times to come.

Ok! My email sometimes goes into people's spam for some reason! I never got one from you either! :) Glad you love the pattern. If you have any problems, let me know. When I made that pattern, I made a little adjustment for me, but you may have no problems following it. I did have to read it several times before starting (which I am told is a great idea anyway!)

O.K. Gals. The little girl arrived a month early. The little one that I am making the ladybug quilt for. I added another photo to picturetrail. It is her name in ladybug font.
