I figured someone like Jess would find the humor in "fatties"~LOL
So naughty she is. I made patchwork out of the fleece and used all my saved up scraps of other fabrics to stuff inside the tubes.
That's what they are saying~hurrican force winds coming down the mountain~closed some roads.
I must have about a dozen mittens made so far! LOL SheilaC sent me a couple wool sweaters~took pity on me. Most are polar fleece though~I LOVE 'EM!!
Hey, picked up a flyer at Joann's and next fri-mon 2/15-18 clearance fabs
are 1/2 off the clearance price. That's the sale I always stock up with, as long
as you can find a Joann's that has decent fabs.

Awesome!! I've not seen bee transfers either.
AND it could be worse. The local liquor depot could be
familiar with you~a fabric store is much nicer to be "well-known" at.
Especially in a small community.

Working on putting satin binding on baby blanket for grandson to come soon. That darn stuff is slick to work with. So use to working with cotton. Yes, talked to Grace the other night and had her sign me up for those felt pins, so glad you got the privilege too Kathie!!!!!!
I have an idea that I hope to get too this weekend, the good thing, I don't have to mail them I can drive them over to grace. as she says Koolamondo!!!!

Hey, I am in the middle of a snowstorm here at the farm. Brought my felt and floss along...but forgot the stuffing! Darn! Well, I am going to start felt pins today and do some reading. You should see the goats....they each have their own dog house and each one is huddled down looking out at the snow...but not coming out...no way!!! The prego gals have a big shed that we will use as the maternity ward next month....those gals are staying in today too! I would post a pic of how beautiful it is, but cannot post pics here....have to wait to get back to town. Very, very slow dial up.

yay bev..make those pins! just do up all the fronts, then the backs and leave your holes for stuffing. and put the back on..shoould be easy you'll be done with 8 in no time flat
