Hey, girly. I like everything. That's why I get into so much trouble with my "collections"!!!!
The one I picked for you, I got while living in England--I'd be glad to post a pic, if you'd like, but I gotta do it when I get home. J

we decided on the 'spur of the moment' to head for toledo to have an early thanksgiving with the kids .. we're HERE! we stopped at Covington for dinner. GREENUP CAFE was CLOSED! Hank didn't want french/vietnamese food .. so we went to the pub across the street and had 'NOT-YO-MOMMA'S BLT SAMMIES'!! WOWZER .. it was deelicious and HUGE .. i loved the addition of PASTRAMI!! and the BEST CHIPS!!! i couldn't eat it all cuz' it was so BIG! no problem though .. after finishing his own sandwich .. hank 'polished off' mine!
be home later this week. xo, frannie

hey Frannie--c'mon, Hank didn't want Pho Paris? I don't blame him actually, even though it is yet, another Jean Robert dynasty restaurant. The dude can cook, but if it ain't your thing, it just ain't.
When you say Pub, did you mean Molly Malones Irish Pub, or the Keystone just across the street. Cocoa's is rockin, too, when you come up next. Super good food, and lovely paintings.
Glad you got away--it's always good to do that. Don't worry your pretty little head, my days are getting away from me like mad, and I'm no where NEAR getting the time to take photos and post them.

jonni .. i just saw this post. i'm sooooo behind on my boards and forums .. what with thanksgiving and all the festivities with christmas preparations nipping at it's heels. i decided to wander up to toledo at the last moment on thursday (we accidentally brought frank and wednesday's new camera home to kentucky on our thanksgiving visit .. and they didn't want to miss any special pictures of the kids during the holidays .. and i didn't want to 'mail' the camera in the christmas mailings rush .. sooooo ..i decided to come up for 'the weekend' .. turns out wednesday will be in denver at a conference all this coming week ... so of course, i 'volunteered' to stay and help frankie with the kids.
the little 'pub' we went to is across the street from the Greenup Cafe .. we peeked in the window at the 'frenchy' one .. but we were in a hurry to get to toledo and decided to wait another visit when we're not in such a hurry to try that one out.
it's so cute .. lucas has been sitting on the desk hunkering over my computer roamings and asking me all about maryjane and the farmgirls (he was thrilled to find out that a 'big boy' in maryjane's family has his same name!!) he was SURE that HE had it first though!
we had SNOW tonight .. but it's supposed to warm up tomorrow (thank goodness .. i haven't finished roaming the roads doing my 'santa' shopping for the kids!) the tree is UP .. we're going to decorate it tomorrow before wednesday leaves for denver!
well, chile' .. i gotta' hit my PRIM boards before hitting the bed! SOMEDAY we will meet! xo
