And the post is the sweetest - on her 8000th post she was sitting up at one oclock in the morning canning chicken! Is that not true blue farmgfirl or what?

Oh, and for this I expect a jar of chicken!!!!! :) Just Kidding.

One of the first farmgirl friends I had was Aunt Jenny. We met at a mall and had lunch and got acquainted and swapped stuff. She gave me canned jewels - beautiful foods. Then I went to meet Miss Mona who favored me with a big old cow kiss. Such fun! Jenny is the epitome of what a farmgirl should be in her heart and soul - and working hands.

YOu know what, Patricia..the first day I met you in person was the first day I met Mona too!! That was the day I went to see her for the first time. A GREAT day in my opinion. Made two great new friends!!!

I remember that, Jenny. You said, "After lunch I'm going to see a cow I'm thinking of buying." You were very excited. Next thing I knew, Mona was "home". What an angel she is. And YOU!!
