Hey Chessie, that'd be fine with me!

I'm already talking to someone at a magazine and it looks promising (don't want to jinx it so I won't say more now). Mary Jane would just be an obvious fit for my stuff - it would be an honor AND a hoot!

Oh, thanks, girls!

Hey, guess what? I got to talk to MaryJane yesterday. She was soooo kind and encouraging and it just made my day.

That little quilt top carpetbagger sold, but I have enough of that top to make one more. I just bought two more old quilt tops so I'll be adding those as time permits. Now that the weather's getting more spring-like I imagine I'll be playing in the dirt.

Your feedsack purses are incredible. I've already listed one in my favorites. Your pricing in very fair. You could wholesale them for the same price to high end stores. Good luck with them! Anna

Thanks, Anna! I really should ask more for them for all the time I've got invested...

I have three on their way to one of the editors at COUNTRY HOME magazine for consideration for a story in September. I'm curious to see what that kind of exposure will bring. Maybe I'd better stockpile some more sacks!

Thank you, Elizabeth!
I enjoy making them because I never know at the beginning quite how they'll look when they're finished. Each on is a little bit different and they challenge my creativity. Plus, it's good to reuse something that's got a lot of life left!

I just got a new bunch of coffee bean bags to make into totes, but the Kauai is the neatest one so far.

I love the purses/bags. I had to show my co-worker, Lisa Marie, who is a farmgirl also and she really loved them too. You do a great job and I thought the presentation was very good.
The teddy bear pins are cute too.
Thanks for sharing, I will be checking your site often.

Rose, thanks for advertising for me! ;0)

The bears are cute and they're on clearance. WOOT! I made two large batches for the Gooseberry Patch catalog and frankly, I'm bear-ed out. They got Valentine bears and ballerina bears. The others that I listed on Etsy were all samples that I made for them. I have more (different ones) but they're hard to photograph so I doubt I'll list them.

Elizabeth - I'm glad you like it!
(Sorry it took longer to get to you than the aprons took to get to me - what's up with that, anyway?)

I was going to say I just listed seven new purses/totes, but one sold before I could post! Holy smokes.
