Hi all! I'm so excited! I'm getting married on Saturday to the most fantastic man! And next year, we're planning on moving back to the country (we're both children of the country.)

I'm very scared yet so thrilled about embarking on the next phase of my life with the love of my life. Please keep Tim and I in your prayers!!

Many congrats Rachel!!I hope and pray everything goes well on your special day.Hugs and celebration!

Here is my big advice: Just remember, no matter how wonderful they are, they are men. They think differently than women. They do dumb stuff.Ya gotta love them anyway.

Thank you for your sweet wishes. My best friend called me this morning all excited because it's two days away now. She lives three hours away (in Indianapolis, IN where I used to live) and is coming down. It's a very very small ceremony. The ceremony and reception are being held in a large rented room and it's a big snowflake/Christmas theme. Our wedding cake has a snowflake on top of it instead of the traditional wedding couple. There is nothing about us that is traditional anyway!!!

Rachel!! Congratulations to you and Tim!! I am almost still a newlywed (we were married August 2004) and it was such a wonderful day for me! I can recall each and every moment of the day.

But one bit of advice my auntie gave me and I was so thankful she did...I don't know if you will walk down the aisle to meet Tim or not, but my aunt reminded me to take in the moment as I did. It is one of the most important moments of your life and it was so wonderful that I remembered to look at those around me and my husband-to-be ahead of me and feel all that was behind me and all that was to come!

Best wishes to the two of you. You will be in my thoughts! And enjoy each moment of your perfect day!

Farmgirl love and wonderful wedding wishes,

MaryJane's daughter,

Congrats RachelLeigh! This is a wonderful time of the year to get married. Today is 26th wedding anniversary. You'll see what I mean next year when it's your anniversary! We always go out for dinner and start Christmas shopping and everywhere you go it's so beautifully decorated for the holidays and it makes it even more special. Good luck and blessings. I'll be thinking about you! Love, Luzy

Rachel- I imagine you won't have time for a few weeks and you'll have lots of other lovely things on your mind, but we would love to see pictures when you do get time! Best wishes!

Hi Rachel .. it's Sunday evening .. so you a married woman now. Yesterday, i thought of you and Tim and smiled. Enjoy the moments and when you 'come back down to earth' off that cloud nine .. remember, we want to hear all about it and see pictures if you have some digital ones. Congratulations to you and your sweet Tim.

Here is one picture that's been emailed to us from our wedding. This is at the reception. I'm the one in blue, of course, and that's my husband Tim!

Rachel,
I'm being late of posting this, but congrats to my fellow Kentucky farmgirl on your recent wedding to Tim! Like you, I'm a newlywed this year, being married in May to Derek. Where did ya'll go for your honeymoon? That is a wonderful photo of you guys. I wish you both lots of happiness in your new life formed as husband and wife. I have enjoyed every moment in my life since the day I met Derek. Once you find love, you can never go back! I hope that you two had a wonderful first Christmas as husband and wife indeed. :)
