Hi Carol! I'd love to see your bears...Do you have a website? I was once a maker of bears. In middle school, I decided to make two of them....without knowing how to sew. I found a pattern, set my mind to it, and weeks later two brother bears emerged...complete with movable arms and legs! I just rescued them from my mom's house, where they have been hidden & underappreciated, until I remembered them recently. Anyhow....Welcome!

Hi Carol -- Welcome to this forum! When I go blog-hopping, I find such interesting crafty people in Australia sharing their wares. I'd love to see yours as well! Please post your website if you have one. And have fun getting to know this site -- lots of generous, friendly womenfolk here. Katie

Hello Carol and welcome. I live in (a little outside of) Enumclaw. It is no longer a small town. It still has its dairy farms.

Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow where they lead. Louisa May Alcott

Welcome to the forum Carol! You've moved from one very beautiful part of the world to another,
I remember visiting Enumclaw on the way to Mt Rainier, stopped off for lunch there.
Do join the chapter for us "downunder" folk - it's slowly growing - and I hope to actually be living back home "downunder" next year!

Debby

Hi Carol! Glad you found us. Your bears intrigue me. I have a hard enough time with all the small pieces for doll clothes. But miniture pieces. Good on you! I too would love to see your bears. Do you do other crafty things, in the good sense that is. Merry Christmas!
