Nice camera, Rhonda. And really nice blog, too! Fun reading. I'm going to have to give parsnips a try. Your recipe sounds really good. I can't imagine digging them up in January, though. We'd have to shovel through 3 feet of hard-packed snow and ice just to find the ground!

nice camera! hubby bought me a new cannon digital for christmas and it is still in the box(my kodak digital still has about half a good leg left,lol...and I know how to use it). one of these days I will get brave and tackle it.
I love parsnips! usually I cut them up and mix them with sweet potatoes or carrots..some chopped up garlic...red bell pepper, etc...toss with olive oil...sprinkle some sea salt and coarse black pepper on there and roast. sometimes I add some basil and other seasonings. |

Congrats on the new camera! How nice that it came so early. A very nice surprise. I loved your blog...Parsnips, I don't think I've ever tried them (but I'm gonna). Thanks for sharing.
