I just wanted to share Cindy's Porch with you, what a great nifty thrifty site- I love this gal's website and after a year I still visit it weekly!!! the only other site I can say that about is Mary Jane's of course. Cindy has great expense tracking forms that are easy to use and I have tried many systems;) Rebekka

I've been there too Rebekka and love the shop at home theory. We've put it into practice more than once here at home. It's amazing what you can substitute or dream up when you think about it.

Thanks for sharing this site! I just read an article today on Yahoo! about a family who just finished paying off $106,000 in credit card debt! We are in no way that far gone, but we do have 2 cars and a mortgage that we would *love* to pay down since we are living paycheck to paycheck. I'd love to learn how we can come up with a little extra each month to pay off the cars faster and pay down some school loans as well. I hate living in debt, like a shadow over your head, but sometimes you just have to for a while. Anyway, great site and I bookmarked it so I can read every word! Thanks!
