would anyone be interested in having a seed swap this fall? I'm thinking seeds from ones' own garden, tried and true, heirloom, passed down from family or friend.

I would be interested for sure. Do you mean saved seeds, or partial packets we have loved? I am hoping to have lovage and coriander seed here soon. I have been letting two plants go to seed..and will have lots. Other stuff too, but I am really having high hopes for those. I would love a swap for sure!

I guess either would be great! I even have some wild flower seeds from around my area!! A few years ago I saved seeds from all of my flower seeds in my garden and made little seed packets for Christmas gifts. I have used the same mixture of flower seeds for the past 3 years!

I plan to try to do more seed saving than ever this year. It only makes sense right? I have a beautiful color of Hollyhocks that were here when I moved in, and come back each year (re-seed themselves) in my front flower beds. I will save some seeds from them for sure too..they are a very dark dark red.

I would love to swap seeds with you if no one else wants to. I'm not sure what the weather is like where you live and how far along your summer is. I am preparing for the fair and will definitely start getting my seeds ready to send to you!

I'm always looking to trade seeds. What do you gals have? I'm currently looking for any heirloom fruit seeds (gooseberry, huckleberry, raspberry, etc.) and any herbs and unique lettuces, and squash or melons...also any heirloom tomatoes.
I have beans, lettuces, and more.

I have some beautiful columbine and some sweet william seeds. I will have poppy, four O'clocks, balsam, and more! This will be fun to see what seeds we get from differen't parts of the country!

I have all colors of hollyhocks. Anything from white, to cream, to pinks, red and black. I even have double hollyhocks in black. I think I have nigella seed too.

It's not about being perfect, but enjoying what you do. Set aside time to be creative.

Is it too late for me to get in? I have moon & stars watermelon, multi color zinna, giant marigold, brandywine pink tomatoes, blackeyed susan vine, lemon cucumber, dragon tongue beans all are heirloom. All of these do very well in the south. I'm always looking for a new seed.

I have lots of "RED OKRA" seed. It makes a bushy plant and produces well....the pods are a red color, and when it is cooked, it turns green and tastes just like regular okra. The only difference in it and green okra that I know of, is the plant being more bushy.
