Rene',
Just found this thread, I wanna play too!!
Since I am just a beginner, I think I can get a half apron done this week. I have my material picked out from the tote down in the tack room! LOL!! Will post pictures when finished!

I finished my apron! I like the way it turned out! The material was given to me a couple of years ago. It still has a tag pinned onto it that says "Sprouse Reitz $1.79." I think that price was for all the material which was originally about 6 yards. It was probably a close-out from when they were going out of business. I used some of it last year to make curtains for the milking shed (how Farmgirl is THAT! )

I finished my 2nd apron for the Expert Badge. I wasn't completely happy with the first one so I changed it. The skirts on both are exactly the same. I think I might remove the bib from the first one and use it as a half apron.

Don't know what happened but here is the 2nd one. The picture didn't come out in the last post.

YAY!! I'm so excited! I finally figured out how to resize my picture so that I could submit my application for the merit badge. (Doesn't take much to make me happy! )
Rene',
Yuma is a pretty good place to be in Arizona this time of year, but I'll pass in the summer!

Hi all,
How do you all get your pix to show up on the post? I followed directions on the posting the picture instructions but it just has a link to photobucket. Thanks. |

You can see it by clicking on the photobucket link, it works, I tried it. In the meantime, I'll see if I'll see if I can get it to show up on the site here. |

I am new.. I don't even have my sisterhood number yet! But I really want to get some badges. So, I'll be jumping in. I think I'll work on a half apron as well as the farm kitchen. I know my local chapter is working on drafting patterns for the full apron this month, so I'd like to get the beginner out of the way in the meantime.
Anyway... Hi! I'm excited to get started. |

Well, I didn't even come close to getting my aprons finished in January. But I did just submit my 1/2 apron badge application. Woohoo!! I knew I'd get it finished at some point. :)
I have a picture but cannot figure out how to post it to save my life. Would be happy to e-mail it to someone if anyone thinks they could post the picture for me.
