Hi everyone - I've been out of town for several days and it took some time to get back into the forum to find our topic. Hello Ann - welcome!
Is our chapter name Scattered Prairie Girls or Gals? it's been great to read all your stories. My husband doesn't want me to have any chickens - we had them when we lived in Wichita, as well as out on the farm north of Independence, Ks. As soon as I retire, we will have chickens. I get my fresh eggs from my neighbor Mary - just down the road from me.

This is going to be so fun getting this scrapbook together! I could send all day working with paper crafts. Do any of you do scrapbooking? Once you start your imagination goes wild. You'll be heading to scrapbook shops!!hahaha Judy you know I'm not sure if we are girls or gals! Will have to run over to the chapter site had see how it is. Check back in a few.

I love to scrapbook, and will get mine together by next week or so- I hope. Spent yesterday with Farm girl Wende and had so much fun. I cannot do the whole Farmgirl on the Loose tour but I am planning to meet up with them in Decoura {?} and go to Seed Savers. Any one want to car pool? You all have a great day, Carol

I am just starting the paper craft thing. It is a blast tho! My daughter does such fun things. She does book altering. She did an amazing one for her sister on her sisters life for a Christmas gift. We all laughed and cried. The book was beautiful!Have a nce evening everyone!

| Oh my goodness! Judy - my brother in law used to live in Council Grove. And thank you for the welcome. I have just started to get into thet paper crafting thing also and trying to figure out what to do w/ gesso and other materials. I got a couple of books from Amazon on book altering and things a-kin to it and have been saving my "snippits" of this and that from quilting projects, junk mail and magazines. For years I have saved left over wallpaper thinking "someday I'm going to want that for a project". So I am trying to get organized and am a bit slow as I am finishing up other projects and the garden is a-callin. Thank you all for the Siserhood fellowship. It warms my soul. :) |

Well gone to NC for a week and no wifi  now back for a shor. WElCOME Ann you will love it here.
Brenda I have my bio ready getting things of my area together before I send my scrape pages for the book.
Also hope your surgery goes well.
Now for our site is it (farmgirl chapter chatter Gals)? or is it somthing else.
Getting ready for our trip and dh and I can not wait to hit the road once more. Lilly

Brenda and Linda I still can not get into the henhouse. It says I do not have access. I tried again today. The other problem is I can not get that email program to work for me that you have to click on. I can not send. Thanks Lilly

Lilly go to one of the post that I have put in and click on my name. Then when the new page comes up you will see on the left send message. Click there and go down to the message box and type in what it is you want to say and send. Let me know if this helps. How long ago did you contact Brian to have access to the henhouse? I will try contracting him again.
