I just recently recolored my hair, and am finding that it's all I can do to stay on top of it so it doesn't look greasy. I am washing it in the morning and by late afternoon it's stringy and greasy looking.
Any thoughts on how to help this without stripping the color? I went darker which normally is better because it doesn't strip my hair like going lighter does. Maybe it's a hormone change thing or something, IDK...lol

Try doing a vinegar rinse after washing your hair. About 1 part vinegar or Apple cider vinegar to 3 parts water.

Jessie, What kind of shampoo are you using? Do you have oily, normal or dry hair? This all can be contributing to the problem you are having. Let me know and then I can help with some suggestions. I am a Master Cosmetologist and a Cosmetology Instructor.
