| Hi, I'm Debbie..Been married to my countryboy since Nov.1991..Together we have 6 daughters..They are ages 17,16,13,10,7 and 3..I homeschool the 17 and 7 year old..The other 3 go to public school..We recently made the move from Arizona to Oregon, so we're staying with a friend for now..She's looking into subdividing her property and selling us 7 acres..So we'll see what happens.I enjoy gardening, crocheting, reading, learning to quilt..Looking forward to getting to know everyone here.. |

Howdy from south Texas. My name is Amy. I have been married to George almost 13 years and we have one daughter. She goes to Christian School. We moved from Ohio to Texas this past July. We are staying with George's sister. Love to cross stitch, crochet, read, and quilt. I know that you'll love it here.
Have a wonderful day.

It looks like I'm the first Minnesotan to welcome you. This is a great place! YOu'll find lots of women who have a great deal in common. We homeschooled our 3 kids until high school. I bet you'll find a big difference in gardening in Oregon compared to Arizona! Good luck on the land deal! Susan

Welcome, Debby! Oh my goodness, howdy neighbor! I live in the Roseburg area too, twenty miles west of town really way out in the country but I work at the library office in downtown Roseburg. I was born in Arizona and have lived in the area since 1956 when my dad, who loved to fly fish, decided he wanted to live near the Umpqua River and moved us all here; I was not quite 3 years old and this place was about as remote as he could find in those days. I am blessed to live on the same property where I grew up but these days it's not quite so remote. I'm the proud mom to 3 adult children and 2 granddaughters. I hope you'll stop in the library and introduce yourself sometime, I would love to meet you.
