Hi Kate, nice to meet you. My three Daughter's live in Denton. One is a small animal rescuer but is sort of cutting back right now as she tries to get her real profession (digital graphics and web design) off the ground. She still has several that she will keep forever. She has always wanted a wallaby. Welcome to MJF there are some great people here.

Kate, a warm Missouri welcome, I love it here and wouldn't want to live anywhere else on this earth! I am a Missouri "Farmgirl" born and raised! (Well, to be honest I lived in the city (St Louis) most of my life, and felt misplaced!!) My husband and I moved out to Dittmer 3 years ago! Sorry to hear you had to "lose" the chickens, I have had mine now for a year and I cant imagine being without them!
