Anyone grow oat grass for their fine furry friends?

I planted some a while back in a huge terra cotta planter--brought it in today and set by a sunny window easily accessible for Tibbitts---

My cat Tibbitts positively PURRRRS when she is munching on oat grass-I laugh out loud when she grinds away. Don't you just love the texture? It's kind of rubbery...and I know that it is chock full of good vitamins for her.
