My best friend of 26 years had her triplets @23 weeks. Kathryn weighs just over 1 pound. She has her 2 sisters watching over her from heaven. Prayers are on the way. In spite of all the miracles of modern medicene such a tiny baby needs all the prayers she can get. Prayers are also on the way for her parents, how hard it must be to know that there is nothing physical you can do to help your child.

Little Kathryn is doing well. She has gained 4oz and is getting Dori's pumped milk. The prayers and thoughts are working! Thank you all.

Just to keep y'all up to date, Kathryn had a very rough night. Her little lungs are just have a really hard time with the adjustment to the outside world. Her ph had dropped and they are really having to watch her o2 stats. Please pray for her lungs and her parents Frank and Dori who laid the other 2 babies to rest yesterday.

Oh, Sunny - she's so precious, God love her! I just visited her caring bridge page and prayed over her. I can't even begin to imagine what they are going through. Oh, Dear God bless them all. I will continue to pray - for all of them. Please keep us posted. Hugs - Nini

Thinking of little Kathryn and willing her strength and health. I am so saddened for Frank and Dori to have to lose two of their precious triplets and are wondering if their third little blessing will make it. Much love to them. Dearest Kathryn, live, thrive, be strong!

Thank you all so much. Still waiting to hear from Dori. I got a text from her early this morning and they are doing another ultrasound on Kathryn's head to see if she has developed another bleed. Her blood counts are low. I will keep you all updated as soon as I hear anything. Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers.

Kathryn's little eyes are now open! She has a few very good days and then a minor set back but she is a fighter! Dori is doing good and Frank is as well and back to work. Thank you all for your prayers!

Sunny, so happy to see that little by little, Kathryn is improving. My heart just breaks for Dori and Frank. Losing two of their loved little ones and all the concern for Kathryn, I just can't imagine. Prayers for them both and healing for Kathryn. Hugs, Brenda

She is 3 weeks old now and getting stronger everyday. Dori even got to hold her for a few minutes. There are photos of her and a diary of her progress on the caring bridge link I post towards the beginning of this thread. She looks like her mommy to me and has the sweetest little hands and feet. Thank you all again for your thoughts and prayers.
