A couple of weeks ago I pinched a nerve in my arm and it has slowly gotten worse.. I am taking some herbal stuff in hopes that it will help, trying to take it easy but as a farmgirl it is impossible to take it easy. Today it hurts to move it.... Anyway, If you could pray that my arm would heal fast. that would be awesome! My goats are going to kid in 2 days and I have a dance competition in a week and I really need my arm to heal up fast. Thanks so much!

I certianly will pray for you Hannah! Are you putting ice on the sore area? That might help the internal swelling go down and hopefully help the nerve "release" from the pinched area. I have this problem with a nerve in my back/hip area and it is very painful. Take care of yourself!

Hannah, I'm sorry that you are having pain. Alee's idea of ice, resting that arm and maybe alternating with a little heat that could relax those muscles. Also praying that you will hear that still small voice in what action you should take. Love you.

thank you all so much for your prayers!!! My arm is doing a little bit better. some days it feels good and others it doesn't. I am putting ice on it and it helps. I did make it through kidding though ( see under barnyard section)!
