So excited that I just had to share. I had my measurements checked today and my BMI is at 31%. Here's why this is so awesome...one more percent and I am officially out of obesity and into just overweight. I've had to fight for this, but it is encouraging to see these results. I'm glad that I'm watching BMI in addition to weight and inches. In some ways, this number is the one I'm working on more than anything.
To all those on the road to being healthy: it might be long and at times very difficult, but it is so worth it!
One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain.
