I have this 1955 cookbook for sale or trade. It's old and the pages are kind of brittle but it has a ton of recipes in it. There aren't any page numbers, but each recipe or information section is numbered and it goes to 2000 (index) Example: 1222 Maple Fudge Frosting, 1223 Sugarless Marshmallow Frosting, 1224 Molasses Frosting....
It's from Random House books and was written by Agnes Murphy the Food Editor for the New York Post.
I am interested in garden seeds, flower seeds, honey bees, oil cloth...whatcha got? I would normally put $5.00 on a book like this in my flea market booth. (plus shipping). I will have to take it to the post office to find out how much shipping would be, but I think it will fit in a small priorty box. It would be a great addition to your cookbook collection!
I'm open to try new things. We can probably grow about the same things here as you do in MI. I love cottage garden type of flowers, things that bees like. I think the only veggie I don't like is okra, so whatever!
