I saw this documentary on video on demand last night. Has common sense been completely thrown out the window? It's disturbing to see that people who are good stewards of their land and animals are being treated like criminals when they sell healthy, safe produce to their local families.

I'm excited to see it. I've been waiting for it to be available! Now I need to go figure out how I can watch it!

Hubby and I watched it the other night(great movie).....BUT, it is very sad indeed. I am a nutritionist and chapter leader for Weston Price Foundation and I had just finished up a conference call with the Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund (legally supports the small farms that are being raided). I had a difficult time falling asleep that night because I was so angry. What has become of our society when it becomes illegal to grow/consume REAL food? I am a RAW Milk drinker and feel like I am buying illegal drugs when I drive to pick up my milk (looking in my rear view mirror)....what has happened to our country?

It's ironic that the government is touting a healthy lifestyle, etc. But when people try to do exactly that they're treated like criminals. Also by harrasing these small farms so much they can't go on, how exactly is that supporting the local economy by literally taking away their means to earn a living.

Thank you SO much for letting us know it is available On Demand, AnneMarie... I just rented it last night, and plan to watch it with friends and family again over the weekend. Extremely eye-opening! - Nini

Girls, I'm going nuts trying to find the recent post by one of our sisters concerning another "Farmaggedon"-type movie that's coming out in May... I thought I saved the link, but I cannot find it - do any of you recall the post or have the like to the website? Thanks so much!
