No, it is no ones birthday or anniversary or anything most people would get excited about . . . but I am excited because it is the day we finally get internet again! We are trying (fingers crossed) Hughes Net. Most satellites have limited monthly use. What I like better about Hughes is that it is limited only by daily use. So, if I go over and run out on Monday, I just need to wait a day and I am back up and running. With the others, if you run out of your limit with 15 days left, you are off the internet for 15 days. This was the problem we had before and what finally led us to dropping the internet all together for the last year. I have been patient, but enough is enough! I miss you girls, miss the freedom to "surf" and the ability to keep up with everyone.
So, starting May 7th, you will see a lot more of me . . . in fact I might just be here so much I will get on your nerves! LOL!

Great news! I have Wild Blue, which I have heard to similar to Hughes Net.

I've never used hughes net but hear it works well for most basic internet stuff. Wild Blue though was ugly. We caught them falsifying our usage to lock us into the highest package and it took a bbb complaint to get out of the contract. The service they provided wasn't all they cracked it up to be either and that worked to our advantage too.
