My hair just seems to have stopped growing over the years. I'm eating healthier than ever, so I'm really not getting why. Is there some kind of herbal or natural remedy you could recommend to jumpstart it again?

Oh, I would be interested in this too! My hair is very fine & "delicate", especially on top. I have found that using a scalp treatment (4 tbsp coconut oil & 3-4 drops each of tea tree essential oil & rosemary essential oil) is helping (I think, I don't know for sure since I've been using Rogaine for a full year now, so it may just be kicking in - takes forever! And I don't want to take it for longer than I have to). If nothing else, it's helping with some moisture on my scalp - I tried a new shampoo & it totally gave me awful dandruff, and it is making my hair nicer as well. I massage it in either at bedtime or about 1/2 an hour before I get up & go for a shower. Just put a towel on your pillow case to protect it. Hopefully somebody else knows something too!
Life isn't about finding yourself. It's about creating yourself.

Rosemary is said to stimulate hair follicles. You can make your own Rosemary oil by warming olive oil (just warm), pouring it in a mason jar filled with rosemary, and letting it sit for at least ne week. Make sure your rosemary is clean, but does not have water on it.
Weleda makes a hair oil if you don't want to make it yourself, it is essentially the same thing.
If oil is too greasy for your hair, you would make an infusion of rosemary, and massage it into your scalp.
Good luck! Heike

Thanks Heike! That's what I'm looking for. I even have my own rosemary growing right now. Easy peasy!
