Has anyone made the pumpkin ice cream recipe from the Magazine Extras section on www.maryjanesfarm.org? The ingredients include 1 cup of whipping cream but the instructions don't say when to add it. I added it to the saucepan along with the milk, sugar, and eggs but because it's the last ingredient I'm now wondering if I was supposed to add it when everything is in the ice cream maker.

Hi Sue.
So sorry about that! We did discover the error in the recipe and thought we fixed it, but didn't. You don't want to add the cream with the milk, because you don't want to cook it. Instead, add it with the pumpkin and spices in step 3.
