What is the best cookbook for the pressure cooker? Ladies, I am looking for recipes or a cookbook to use with an electric pressure cooker. Everyday meals...

I have Ball's canning book and love it for both water bath canning and pressure canning.

I love jackie clay's book. I need to look at the name. Best canning book I have found.

I like the one I got with my pressure cooker. Though I don't use it alot. Mostly just cook potatoes in it.

Hi there!
A quick safety pointer...a pressure cooker and a pressure canner are not the same thing, and canning should never be done in a pressure cooker.
I have a pressure cooker. I love to make rice in it for rice dishes...quick and perfect every time. But you can steam veggies and cook just about anything in it (except cans, lol). Are you looking for a certain type of dish?

True! I instantly thought of canning, forgetting about pressure cooking! I have never really used one of the small pressure cookers. Someday! Good luck. I had some roastbeef at a friend's house once years ago that was so good I never forgot it. Yep, pressure cooked.
