I found this real easy recipe in Urban Farm magazine. I'm letting the mixture cool in the fridge, and then I'll form it into little balls and roll in cocoa powder. I also roasted some plums. I like to cook like a gourmet, but keep it simple. I decided to splurge and ordered some grass-fed pork steaks. Everyone says real meat tastes better. I don't eat much meat but since I do, I might as well eat the most humane and healthiest meat. It's also from a local organic farm. I haven't visited the farm yet, but they have Scottish highland cattle. I think those are so neat--for cattle. Most cows are pretty boring but some of the heritage breeds are cool. so are mini cattle. Cindy
