I found this recipe in the Baker Creek seed catalog. I tried to grow golden beets but I think I didn't plant them deep enough....anyway I was at the store and saw golden beets (organic). so I bought some and made this recipe. It's really good. It's on page 47 of their seed catalog--thought I'd pass it on.
