I just finished baking a cherry cobbler and have the leftover cherries simmer for jam. Both look yummy, but too hot to taste. I've never made sour cherry jam before and am excited at how easy it is to make. Hopefully it will taste good as well.

It came out great Connie. I used the recipe from Martha Stewart's website. I had to scale it down since I only had a pound of sour cherries for it, but they came out just fine. I hope to buy more sour cherries this Saturday at our Farmers Market.
