I canned 11 pints of pickled banana peppers. Time got away from me in the garden and half of my banana peppers had changed to orange and red. At least the jars look beautiful and colorful! I also made some sun-dried tomatoes. I ended up with a pint jar of them. There are many more cherry tomatoes waiting to go in the oven.

Great canning job Krista. That was alot of banana peppers. I have tomatoes ripening and will make rotel. Also rendering tallow.
